We are of course an authorized Office365 reseller but we do not stop there.

While Office365 offers a robust platform, its commitment to users if one of constant access, not data integrity. This means that Microsoft will not be liable if a virus compromises your email data. To protect you from this situation, we complement the standard Office365 offer with daily, encrypted backups to our servers.

This is why we also re-route all email traffic, before it reaches your computer, through multiple layers of anti-virus, our best-in-class security suite and anti-spam solution to protect you from malware and phishing attempts as much as possible. Current systems in place include, but are not limited to:

• Real-time blacklist verification – emails from blacklisted domains are immediately stopped by default
• Real-time email reputation rating – our smart algorithm rates emails on a multitude of factors (sender, content style, sender DNS settings) and blocks or quarantines dubious emails
• URL rewriting – so that bad operators cannot trick you to click on hyperlinks badly written on purpose (for example: amason instead of amazon)
• URL sandboxing – we check in real time that the website you are being directed to does not have malicious content
• Email attachment sandboxing – we “open” all attachments in virtual environments (called sandboxes) and check for any adverse effect on the virtual Operating System, before allowing the document through to you.
